These Terms and Conditions apply to all MetaOS programs and services operated by Metaplexus LLC, including The Desert Challenge and MetaOS Membership. By enrolling in any program or purchasing any service, you agree to these terms in full.
The Desert Challenge is a 2-week guided experience focused on preparation, structured fasting, and direct observation. MetaOS Membership is a monthly community-based program that includes live calls, recorded resources, and access to the MetaOS framework. Both are educational and personal development in nature.
Neither program is therapy, medical treatment, mental health counseling, legal advice, financial advice, or a substitute for professional care of any kind.
You must be 18 years or older to participate in any MetaOS program. By enrolling, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into this agreement and that any health-related information you provide during enrollment is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
Enrollment in The Desert Challenge requires a one-time payment of $100 USD, processed through Stripe. Your selected start date is reserved upon completed payment.
If you request a refund more than 7 days before your selected start date, you will receive a full refund. Refund requests made within 7 days of your start date, or after your preparation week has begun, are not eligible for refund. MetaOS Membership is billed at $180 USD per month on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation ends billing at the close of your current billing period, and you retain access through that period.
Refunds are calculated on a pro-rated daily basis for the current active billing month only. If you cancel and request a refund during an active billing period, you will receive the dollar value of unused days remaining in that period. For example, if you cancel 15 days into a 30-day billing cycle, you would receive approximately $90. Refunds are not available for billing periods that have already ended. Your enrollment or membership gives you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to access the content, community, and resources made available through MetaOS programs. This access is for your individual use only and may not be shared, transferred, resold, or granted to any other person.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, record, republish, resell, sublicense, scrape, repurpose, or create derivative commercial offerings from any materials, sessions, recordings, templates, frameworks, or community content without prior written permission from Metaplexus LLC.
You may not share login credentials, Discord invite links, or access to any member-only space with individuals who have not enrolled.
All content, materials, frameworks, prompts, session structures, recordings, guides, and original work delivered through MetaOS programs are the intellectual property of Metaplexus LLC. All rights are reserved. Nothing in these terms transfers any ownership to you.
The following are prohibited in all MetaOS spaces, channels, and communications:
Soliciting, recruiting, marketing, selling, or promoting any product, service, or opportunity to other participants. Harassment, threats, doxxing, impersonation, or conduct that puts other participants or the community at risk. Sharing another participant's personal information, messages, or disclosures without their explicit permission. Using the community as a source for leads, outreach, or private business development without written authorization from Metaplexus LLC.
Violations may result in immediate removal from the program and community without refund.
Calls and live sessions within MetaOS programs may be recorded for internal use, member access, and program delivery purposes. By participating in any live session, you acknowledge that recording may occur. You may not record, distribute, or reproduce any session content without written permission from Metaplexus LLC.
The Desert Challenge involves voluntary fasting. This is not medical advice. If you have health conditions, take medications, or have any concern about participating in a fasting-based program, consult a qualified medical professional before enrolling. You are solely responsible for monitoring your own health and using sound judgment throughout the challenge.
Participation in any MetaOS program does not guarantee any specific result, outcome, improvement, or transformation. Results depend entirely on the individual. Metaplexus LLC makes no representations or warranties about what any participant will experience or achieve.
Metaplexus LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to any program, membership, or community space, without refund, for violations of these terms, harmful conduct, misuse, infringement, harassment, or behavior that puts the community, other participants, or the brand at risk. This determination is made at our sole discretion.
Metaplexus LLC and its facilitators are not liable for any physical, emotional, psychological, financial, or other outcomes arising from participation in any MetaOS program. You participate at your own risk and with full personal responsibility for your choices and actions during the program.
Metaplexus LLC reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued participation in any program or active membership following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be noted by updating the date above.
