MetaOS is operated by Metaplexus LLC, based in the United States. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information you provide when using our website and services, including The Desert Challenge and MetaOS Membership.
We collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, phone number, and responses to enrollment and intake forms. For The Desert Challenge, we also collect health-related disclosures you provide voluntarily during enrollment. We collect payment information through Stripe, which processes payments on our behalf. We do not store your full payment card details.
We collect standard usage data through Google Analytics, including pages visited and general device and browser information. This data is anonymized and used only to understand how people use the site.
We use your information to process enrollment, deliver program materials, communicate relevant program updates, and maintain records of participation and legal agreements. We do not sell your information to third parties. We do not use your information for advertising purposes.
We use the following third-party services to operate our programs: Stripe for payment processing, ConvertKit for email communications, Discord for program and community delivery, Google Analytics for site usage data, and Google Sheets for internal enrollment and intake record-keeping. Each service operates under its own privacy policy.
Live calls and sessions within MetaOS programs may be recorded. These recordings may be stored internally and made available to enrolled members as part of program delivery. By participating in any live session, you acknowledge that recording may occur. Recordings are not shared publicly or sold to third parties.
We retain enrollment and intake records for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy and as required by applicable law. You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting us directly. Deletion requests do not affect records required for legal or financial compliance.
