These rules apply to all MetaOS spaces, including The Desert Challenge and MetaOS Membership. They exist to protect the quality of the environment for everyone in it.
Every channel, call, and conversation within MetaOS exists for one purpose: the work. Treat the space and the people in it accordingly. This is not a social network. It is a working environment.
Do not use any MetaOS space, direct messages, or participant interactions to promote, sell, recruit, or market anything. Your business, your offer, your service, your opportunity, someone else's. This is non-negotiable and applies equally in public channels and private conversations with members.
Do not contact other participants for networking, lead generation, partnerships, or private business purposes. The community is not a lead source. If a genuine personal connection forms naturally over time, that is between you. But initiating contact for business reasons is prohibited.
What people share inside MetaOS spaces stays inside MetaOS spaces. Do not screenshot, quote, or share another participant's words, responses, disclosures, or experiences outside the community without their explicit permission. This applies to text, audio, and video.
Participate with honesty. You do not have to share everything. What you do share should be genuine. This work functions through direct observation, not performance. Presenting a version of yourself that is not real undermines your results and wastes the space.
Do not take over another person's process. Do not coach, redirect, or guide other members unless you are explicitly asked and it is appropriate for the context. This space is not a platform for demonstrating expertise at someone else's expense.
Post content in the channels it belongs in. Do not flood general channels with off-topic material. Do not use community spaces to vent, argue, or process publicly in ways that disrupt others. If something is personal, keep it personal.
Facilitators may redirect conversations, remove content, or address behavior that does not align with these rules. This is not personal. It is maintenance of the environment. Direction from a facilitator is final.
Participants who violate these rules, particularly the no-solicitation, no-outreach, and confidentiality rules, may be removed without refund. Severe or repeated violations may result in permanent removal from all MetaOS programs and communities.
The standard is simple: be here for the work. Nothing else needs to be said.
